Connect the micro-B port to a PC using a standard USB cable. The Model 3141 will appear as a serial port on Windows 10, macOS or Linux. When connecting via a serial port on a PC, we recommend Tera Term. See animation below. Use Setup>Serial port, and set the port to 9600, n81.  Use Setup>Terminal to select New-line>Receive: LF, New-line>Transmit: CR+LF, and Local echo on.  Type '?' <enter> for help. "port 1" enables port 1, "port 2" enables port 2. "port 0" disconnects.
